The blend for this wine is the who’s who of our cellar. We pull a little from each of our red wines to blend a wine that is “present” in the glass and full on the palate.
42%Cabernet Sauvignon , 38% Merlot, 17% Syrah, 3% Cabernet Franc. Yet another masterpiece of Bistro winemaking. This wine is undoubtedly pleasant and delicious!
