May Artist of the Month – Laura Sawaya

Laura Sawaya presents as Laura Blue.  Laura Blue art varies from abstract paintings to evocative landscape images. Laura Blue, inspired by movement through the natural world, also paints realistic, intricate images of regional birds.  Laura’s paintings hold layers of light beneath darkness and attract the viewer with enticing color and movement.  Laura currently lives and creates art in Missoula, Montana.  Her works are exhibited at numerous galleries in Montana. Laura has been recognized extensively in magazines and publications as well as national galleries.
