December Wine of the Month- 2022 Cabernet Franc

The 2022 Cabernet Franc is one of our most recognized wines.  Representing Cabernet Franc fruit from three vineyards, the 2022 vintage is balanced with savory and dark berry notes. Petit Verdot finishes the wine with complexity and attractive acidity. Cranberry, violets, and thyme on the nose.  Boysenberries, dark chocolate, cranberries, bold cherry, dried fruits, espresso, blueberry pie and a black pepper finish.

Cabernet Franc complements roasted duck, grilled chicken, sausage and hard cheeses.
