May Wine of the Month- Rosette

Rose’ is the promise of summer in a glass! Our Rose’ of Syrah is dry and Turkish sunset in hue. Peach blossom, spring florals, and subtle spice on the nose, followed by early summer melon, rhubarb, and peaches. Pleasant nuttiness on the finish.  This wine is delightful when chilled and served on a warm spring day.

Rosé complements sharp cheeses, salads, and chutneys nicely.
