Syrah in September. Our 2021 vintage Syrah is a stellar example of a wine quietly aging to perfection. The 2021 Syrah has evolved into a complex wine with both savory and fruit forward aromatics. Royal purple in presence, the Syrah is poised with aromas of caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, and primrose. The Syrah is knitted together with brightness of rhubarb, black plums, and elderberries. Finished with subtle white pepper, maple syrup, Sunday morning bacon, buttered toast and tarragon.
