The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon represents premium fruit from four vineyards. The influence from each vineyard results in a pleasing, bright, casual yet elegant Cabernet. Ruby gem with clove, lavender, applewood, and boysenberry aromatics. Cherries from the tree, charred woodiness, vanilla, black plum notes. Balanced tannin structure with bright acidity. Sophisticated, but very drinkable wine.
