2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Violet and chocolate aromas, cherry, black plum, anise, balsam woodiness, balanced tannin structure. Sophisticated, but very drinkable wine.
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with mushroom dishes, rosemary, or even a casual burger.
2018 Cabernet Franc
The 2018 Cabernet Franc represents the Weinbau and Coyote Canyon vineyards. The Weinbau Vineyard is represented by the savory and fruit characters of the wine, while Coyote Canyon contributes spice notes and a lush mid-palate. Enjoy layers of chocolate, black pepper, pomegranate, espresso and cherry in the 2018 Cabernet Franc.
The 2016 Merlot represents the Wells vineyard in the Columbia Valley AVA and the Coyote Canyon Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills. The Merlot opens with a cedar aroma followed by cigar box, cinnamon, cherries, and brown sugar.
Smooth buttery tannins lead into flavors of cranberry, black pepper, and maple syrup. Hints of Cedar, Christmas Spices finishing with orange rind and buttered toast.
Pairs well with grilled and BBQ meats, comfort foods and a hunk of rustic bread and olive oil.
