2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon brings out Lilac and chocolate aromas, along with hints of cherry, black plum, dark raspberry fruit flavors and a touch of richness with balsam woodiness, and a balanced tannin structure.  Sophisticated, but very drinkable wine.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with mushroom dishes infused with rosemary, steak with blue cheese, or even a casual burger.

2019 Cabernet Franc

The 2019 Cabernet Franc is a blend of 76% Cabernet Franc grapes from Weinbau Vineyards (Columbia Valley/Wahluke Slope AVA),12% Cabernet Franc grapes from Coyote Canyon Vineyard (Horseheaven Hills AVA), 6% Merlot grapes from Wells Vineyard, and 6% Petit Verdot grapes from Dionysus vineyard. The Weinbau Vineyard is represented by the savory and fruit characters of the wine, while Coyote Canyon contributes spice notes and a lush mid-palate.  The Merlot and Petit Verdot round out the finish of the Cabernet Franc .

Fruity notes such as fruit leather, pomegranate, and cranberry, with rich espresso, and savory flavors such as black pepper, and arugula.  Mid-tannin, and subtle hints of oak.

Cabernet Franc complements roasted duck, grilled chicken, sausage and hard cheeses.

2019 Merlot

Our 2019 Merlot consists of a blend of Bacchus Vineyard, Coyote Canyon Vineyard and Wells Vineyard fruits. Each of the three vineyards contributes depth and flavor to this wine.  Red apple aromas, cigar box/tobacco hints with cardamom, blackberry, espresso bean, brown sugar flavors all hit the palette giving this Merlot great body and flavor.

2018 Syrah

Smooth buttery tannins lead into flavors of cranberry, black pepper, and maple syrup.  Hints of Cedar, Christmas Spices finishing with orange rind and buttered toast.

Pairs well with grilled and BBQ meats, comfort foods and a hunk of rustic bread and olive oil.

2018 Bistro Rouge

Yet another masterpiece of Pend d’Oreille Winery winemaking. The Bistro Rouge is a traditional, non-assuming claret blend. It is an excellent accompaniment to almost anything!
