2019 Huckleberry Blush

Approximately 600 pounds of huckleberries were gently cold-pressed off the skins to preserve the authentic flavor and aromatics of the wild huckleberry.  The huckleberry juice was infused into Riesling and the Huckleberry Blush was cold stabilized at 30 degrees to clarify the wine and ensure a crisp brightness.  The 2019 Huckleberry Blush finished at just over 1% residual sugar, offering a subtle hint of sweetness to balance the acidity of the berry.

Aromas of summer peaches and subtle honeysuckle.  Mildly sweet introduction followed by tart huckleberry, fresh pear, and crisp apple.  Finishes smooth and crisp with long lingering huckleberry flavors.

SOLD OUT- A blend of 2007 and 2008 Syrah vintages. This wine is a sophisticated red dessert wine with rich viscosity and layers of chocolate, a wine that will linger on the palate. It is a joy to taste!
