We introduce the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon as our January Wine of the Month. The Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright acidity with bold cherry notes followed by winter spice, applewood, and boysenberry aromatics.  Strawberry jam, subtle woodiness, vanilla, and black plum with a complex mid-palate.
