Advanced Sushi and Wine Class

In collaboration with Sushi Sensei, we are offering another sushi and wine class. This class will involve continued sushi history, advanced rolls, and technique. We pair Pend d’Oreille wines with each selection of fish. This is an interactive, educational, hands-on class! These classes fill quickly. Call 208-265-8545 for more information! 6-8:00pm.
