The 2023 Chardonnay is bright and very approachable. Apple blossom and vanilla bean aromas lead to flavors of lemongrass, crème brulee and fresh kiwi. This Chardonnay pairs nicely with triple cream or nutty cheeses, pasta primavera and shrimp orzo salad.
